DFY Hub MCP Server — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to the DFY Hub MCP Server (“Service”) through any AI platform (including but not limited to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, or any other MCP-compatible client), you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, disconnect from the Service immediately.
2. Service Description
The DFY Hub MCP Server is a proxy service that provides AI agents with access to professional SEO data via third-party data providers. The Service:
- Authenticates users via OAuth 2.1 + PKCE
- Provides 88+ SEO data tools across 10 categories (SERP, Keywords, Backlinks, etc.)
- Charges credits per tool call
- Passes through data from third-party providers — we do not generate, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of SEO data
3. Accounts and Authentication
- You must have a valid DFY Hub account to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth credentials
- You must not share access tokens or attempt to bypass authentication
- One account per person or organization — multi-accounting for credit abuse is prohibited
4. Credits and Billing
4.1 Credit System
- Each tool call costs a specified number of credits (see tool documentation)
- Credits are deducted at the time of the API call, regardless of whether the result is empty
- Credit costs are published in the tool pricing resource and may be updated with notice
4.2 Billing Plans

4.3 Refunds
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month
- Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract SEO data for resale
- Make automated bulk calls designed to scrape or mirror our data sources
- Share your API access with unauthorized third parties
- Exceed reasonable usage patterns (more than 10,000 tool calls per day without Agency plan)
- Attempt to circumvent credit checks or billing
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
- SEO Data: All SEO data returned by tools is sourced from third-party data providers and subject to their respective terms of use. You may use this data for your own analysis but may not resell raw data feeds.
- DFY Hub Service: The MCP server software, tool definitions, workflow prompts, and documentation are © DFY Hub. The Service API is licensed for use, not ownership.
- Your Content: You retain all rights to your queries, analyses, and reports generated using our tools.
7. Data Handling
- The Service acts as a stateless proxy — we do not store the content of your queries or API responses
- Usage metadata (tool name, credits, timestamp) is logged for billing purposes

8. Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- Cloudflare Workers provide global edge deployment for low latency
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced via https://yourdfyhub.com/status
- Upstream data provider outages are outside our control and are not grounds for refund
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind
- DFY Hub is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of SEO data (sourced from third-party providers)
- DFY Hub's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by User in the 12 months preceding the claim
- DFY Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- DFY Hub is not liable for decisions made based on SEO data obtained through the Service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFY Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Content or data you process through the Service
11. Termination
- By You: Disconnect from the MCP server and cancel your DFY Hub account at any time
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, or non-payment
- Upon termination, unused credits on PAYG plans remain available for 90 days
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice via email to your registered address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
