Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

DFY Hub is designed for legitimate business management activities. You may use the Service to monitor, manage, and optimize business operations for accounts you own or have explicit authorization to manage.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal activity
• Connecting accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit AI agent behavior
• Using AI agents to generate spam, fake reviews, or misleading content
• Circumventing rate limits or usage restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the Service in a way that violates the terms of connected third-party platforms

3. AI Agent Conduct

AI agents operate within the rules and thresholds you configure. You are responsible for setting appropriate guardrails. We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents operating within your configured parameters.

4. Resource Limits

Each sub-account has fair-use resource limits. Excessive API calls or abuse of AI agent compute resources may result in throttling or suspension.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.
