Done-for-you rank tracking. Every week. Automatically.

Page 1 = 40% more calls. Page 2 = invisible. When someone searches “plumber near me” or “best HVAC company in Phoenix,” do you show up? We track your rankings every week and tell you exactly where to push harder. Your competitor who shows up first isn't smarter — they just have better systems.

Your Google rankings, tracked and explained for you

Most rank trackers are designed for SEO agencies. Done For You Hub is built for the plumber, the electrician, the landscaper who just needs to know: am I showing up when people search for what I do? And if not, what do I fix?

Weekly Rankings, Delivered to You

Every week, your AI checks every tracked keyword and tells you what moved. No dashboards to check. No reports to build. Just clear answers about whether you’re climbing or slipping.

Local Rankings That Actually Matter

A plumber in Denver needs to know how they rank in Denver, not nationally. We track your position in the cities and zip codes where your actual customers search.

See How You Stack Up Against Competitors

Your competitor who shows up first on Google isn’t smarter. Add them and see exactly where they’re beating you — and get specific suggestions for taking their spot.

Your Progress, Week Over Week

See your ranking trajectory over weeks and months. Correlate ranking changes with content updates and SEO work — so you know what’s actually working.

Ranking Drops Caught Immediately

If a keyword drops more than 5 positions, your AI flags it instantly. No more finding out a month later that you fell off page 1 for your most important term.

Reports That Make Sense

Clean, plain-English reports showing wins, drops, and opportunities. No SEO jargon. Just: here’s where you rank, here’s what to do about it.

Frequently asked questions

How many keywords can I track with Done For You Hub?

Local Dominator plan includes up to 50 keywords per sub-account, with weekly rank snapshots for each. Growth Engine and Full Stack plans include unlimited keyword tracking. You can add keywords manually or let your AI agent suggest them based on your business type, location, and competitor analysis.

How often are rankings updated?

Rankings are checked and updated every week for all tracked keywords. You receive a weekly summary showing movement (up, down, or stable) for each keyword, with trend charts going back 90 days. You can also trigger an on-demand ranking check from your dashboard at any time.

What search engines does rank tracking cover?

Done For You Hub tracks Google search rankings — both organic (standard blue-link results) and local map pack positions. For service businesses, the map pack (positions 1–3) drives the majority of calls, so both views are included in every weekly report.

What happens if my rankings drop?

Your AI agent detects ranking drops immediately in the next weekly scan and flags the affected keywords with a priority alert. It identifies likely causes — competitor activity, algorithm changes, technical issues on your site — and recommends specific actions to recover, ranked by expected impact.
